Refunds and Exchanges

EXCHANGES/RETURNS/REFUNDS

Exchanges will be given on manufacturer
defective or damaged items ONLY or in instances where customer was shipped
incorrect item. If item(s) received are believed to fit in either of
these categories, please contact candygirlculture@gmail.com within 48
hours of receipt and instructions will be given on how to process exchange.

Refunds are only available if item(s) selected
are OUT OF STOCK at time of purchase.  If this is found to be true, you
will be notified via email and refund will be issued in the same
method as received within 2-3 business days of email notification.

In order to keep our prices affordable, there
are NO RETURNS on any of our merchandise!
