Store Policies

All items require 2-3 business days for processing. Orders received after 2pm PST will be processed the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday and DO NOT include holidays. Once processed all items will be shipped via USPS Priority mail which takes 2-3 business days to receive. A tracking number will be provided for each order. At this time we are not taking international orders and Express (overnight, same day or 1 day) shipping is NOT available. All items are shipped from SF Bay Area, CA unless otherwise noted in product description.
Exchanges will be given on manufacturer defective or damaged items ONLY or in instances where customer was shipped incorrect item. If item(s) received are believed to fit in either of these categories, please contact within 48 hours of receipt and instructions will be given on how to process exchange.
Refunds are only available if item(s) selected are OUT OF STOCK at time of purchase.  If this is found to be true, you will be notified via email and refund will be issued in the same method as received within 2-3 business days of email notification.
In order to keep our prices affordable, there are NO RETURNS on any of our merchandise!
